Abstract Art

I have never been too fond of abstract art. I have always thought that most of the artists actually have no skill whatsoever. And for their little skill, their pieces always seemed to be valued at unbelievable prices. This blog will be investigating many artists over time that are known for their abstract art but that i personally see no artistic skill in their pieces. For some reason the artistic society has decided that some of these people are some of the greatest artists of all time. I will be investigating why these artists are famous and how they became famous in hopes to better understand and maybe even better appreciate their art.
